Areas of interest:

  1. Biochemical, microbiological and technological aspects of ensiling.
  2. Utilization and preservation of by-products for ruminant feeding.
  3. Enhancement of the recovery of valuable materials from plants by simultaneous lactic acid fermentation and enzyme hydrolysis (ENLAC).
  4. I also work in studies related to quality of beef and poultry meat.

    In my free time I like to swim and draw.
